To solve the error where Outlook keeps prompting for passwords follow the following troubleshooting methods:
First of all go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credentials Manager and clear out the credentials.
If that doesn't fix the issue then ensure the E-Mail UPN isn't the same as the Domain UPN if the Exchange Server isn't attached to that same domain.
